I have this baking in a four mini loaf pan in my oven right now. I made mini loaves because I can’t be trusted with a large loaf in the house…haha I also used Truvia brown sugar and did not put the extra sugar on top to try to save calories. It smells wonderful in the house! Thank you for another delicious recipe.

I couldn't leave it there all by itself lol This quick bread really reminds me of a carrot cake without the cream cheese frosting. So good for breakfast! I love avocado toast too!!

Hey Marcelle! I adore Morning Glory Muffins... they are so healthy and delicious. I make them as a bread/cake in a 9x13 to save baking time and to not have to measure out into a muffin tin! I've actually never used self-rising flour to make them, so looking forward to trying your recipe! I have a whole wheat version in my queue of videos to complete...Great Minds😊
