Its quarantine now, I can't go outside but i found this video...thank you,ive been in my home for 3-4 months and i really needed some nature back in my life,it snowed yesterday so everything is with grass/snow and i opened my window sat by it wore a t-shirt, grabbed my headphones and boom,im in nature hahah,im exercising a bit and chilling, I've played this video 3 times and im so back to grey reality when it ends.Ima play it till i will sleep.Thanks man

Thank you so much for this. I was really angry and frustrated about something that had happened on the internet. I didn’t know what to do with my anger and frustration. So I decided to try this, I took some deep breathes over and over again and tried my hardest to clear my mind, which was hard for me because I have a hard time focusing, but I did my best. Yes I am still angry about what had happened, but this helped by cooling it down a little. Again, thank you.
