I believe the stretches Amit prescribes work by opening/relaxing the hip, pelvis, and lower back muscles. Stretching and relaxing these muscles allows for good blood flow. Blood bring oxygen and nutrients. These postures provide an even flow of energy (bio-electricity in the West) and relaxation to all the muscles that surround the prostate. The prostate itself is a muscular gland. Don't think of your prostate as an isolated gland in your body with no connection to anything else. The prostate may become tense like any other muscle especially from prolonged sitting or stress. As soon as energy stops flowing through any area of your body, you develop stagnation (inflammation in the West) - prolonged stagnation and lack of blood flow contribute to prostate enlargement. These stretches really work and must be combined with good diet, breathing and relaxation. Fixing prostate issues is about fixing the whole body. To fix your prostate, work on your whole body - to work on your whole body, work on the individual parts. These exercises are specific to healing the prostate.

When I was going through an enlarged prostate in January of 2021, I found this video among others by you on prostate. I have to say it does work. My shrank within a few weeks. No problems since.

My right ankle is fused. My right knee bends less than 90°. Because of a torn ACK ligament in my left knee I keep my hamstring muscles in good condition to reinforce what I lack in my left knee and so I have no problems with keep legs straight and bending at my hips. However, those other movements envolving the right knee and ankle are impossible. Could your recommend any other excersizes?

Amit ,you are showing so many excuses for prostate enlargement remedy. It takes entire day to do all the exercises you showing. Tell the very important useful beneficial exercises which takes 25 minutes.
