That's certainly an eye opener! I never thought about the process of actually putting the wheelchair in the car and it looked very difficult and maybe not so good for your shoulders. I'm concerned that, in a few years time, your shoulders will be very painful. But anyway, I hope you have a good Monday at work. Happy Monday! X

Another one great and interesting video... Go on Anya you are so nice!! I was wondering if you are doing any standing excersises if you use any machine or just do it with your hands.. I think that it is very important for people with s.c.i. to try to stand to make their muscles active again and prevent many health problems (as osteoporosis etc) is this right?? It would be great if you could make a video showing theese things.. Again you are faboulous and Go on!!!

I love how independent you are I’m tired just watching Random question I don’t always have to do seated transfers but even though you can’t feel/move your legs do they play a vital part in balance and enabling transfers if that makes sense Love how Betty was in your chair my dog loves mine to

Hey anya was going to let u know about a slow feeder for Betty it helps them to digest the food right and not choke on the food also if u can get a cheap fork and mash it up I do this with my dog and then add cbd oil that helps joints eyes skin coat and much more even down to pain and arthritis
@rhiannonrogers9891
@rhiannonrogers9891 5 жыл бұрын
Lisa M I would also suggest a raised bowl if Betty rushes. Possibly also changing food, this one has meat and animal derivatives, cereals, fats etc. (Broad ingredients that can change all the time-generally poor quality) as well as a lot of theirs having sugars, not good for health or teeth. These are just my suggestions, could be worth looking into. Love your videos! Xx

@@rhiannonrogers9891 yes raised bowels also are good and definitely some foods aren't good for teeth and even make dogs throw up if allergy to what's in it most people usually use raw food for dogs and even cats
@rhiannonrogers9891
@rhiannonrogers9891 5 жыл бұрын
Lisa M yea raw is great! But not all that common in the UK. There are lots of really good foods though (dry and wet). That use listed ingredients (not vague ones) and plenty grain free (although lots of dogs don’t need grain free, and a couple even need a bit of grain that can’t tolerate the richness) but better carbs like brown rice are used not wheat. If Betty likes wet I’m sure wilko do a quite large tray that’s fab quality and less than £1 each (about 4x the size of the current food).

How long does your morning routine take from the time you get up through heading out the door? I barely have time for a cup of coffee giving myself 3 hours and that's without doing my bowel program in the morning
