For anyone easing into the new year don't let this video make you feel unproductive and lazy. We just got out of 2020 it's okay to ease in slowly to 2021. Keep trying and retrying, take your time. You don't need to wake up at 5 and work out and work all day etc ❤️

Don't become too focused on if you gain a few pounds after working out for a while. It very well could just be that you are putting on muscle assuming you are doing resistance training! Focus more on how you feel and look in the mirror than the number on the scale.

Try not to obsess over food like this. Usually it is because you are not eating enough or you are being too restrictive with your diet. This can lead to problems down the road.

I've really been motivated lately due to the fact that I just 1 don't feel like I'm acting my age and 2 I just feel disappointed and discusted in myself I will wake up in the morning and but lazy clothes on go in my living room and just sit down and play video games all day sad ikr I whould never clean my room I always ate unhealthy Then all of a sudden I started watching these videos and being motivated to actually start taking care of myself like I'm supposed to And I have lost weight and I am also seeing a big difference in my health as well I'm just saying anyone can change and even if u think u can't u always can I never thought I chould turn my life around and I did thanks to people for the motivation I'm proud of myself and I'm doing alot better

I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

I made it my mission to do at least one act of self-care everyday because that was the thing I did the least of in 2020 and so far. I worked-out or was physically active 5 days of January, at least 2 meals a day were "healthy-ish" and homemade, and of course i still snacked on all the wrong things in between(who says no to snickers and chocolate muffins?). But it's progress, slow and steady... Not about to jump into a diet or workout programme and feel pressurised by it,loving it so far. To everyone who reads this, have a happy and healthy year. Whether it's one small habit change or addition to your life, I hope it brings you joy. Let's all be kind to ourselves and others. 🌸 P. S, I Freaking hate single-leg hip-thrusts, i don't know if I'm just too heavy these days , but i STRUGGLE to do even just 3🙃

Appreciate the content A LOT! I am an Ivy league MBA passout. We were taught to make fancy MODELS and STEPS so we can charge our clients more but when I opened my school in India and Italy and saw something else working better with my students.. something way simpler: we aren't productive and waste time because we don't have a good "connection" with ourselves and our goals. We just do many things without REALLY thinking about them. WHAT WE NEED is to spend some time with ourselves everyday planning the next day. Best way is to have a walk ALONE thinking about things to do tomorrow. VISUALIZE and make that connection. You'll also move a bit that will release the right hormones for you to have a positive connection with the next day's purpose!! So.. JUST have a walk and visualise. And thank me later. Best of luck guys!!

For the first exercize, I put my bench in the seated position, hold on with let's say my left hand, put my right leg beside it and then hinge at the hip with my right arm going down. I have been in the biggest funk all of quarantine ... got completely off track with just working out and being super productive all together🥲 but watching this video is helping me feel motivated to start fresh this week and get back at it 🙌🏼🥰💞💞💞💞
