Idk if you tried this yet but, Try eliminating the pull up altogether. It’ll help him go to the potty when he starts to have accidents on himself. ( he may not like the feeling) Those pull-ups are a safety net. Also try potty every hour when possible when at home with underwear. There will be lots of accidents but it’ll be worth it in the end.
