This is my ideal morning routine if I don't have to run off to clinic at 6 am :)
And a healthy pancake recipe that I wish I had the time to make every day!!
Recipe:
1 banana
1 cup oats
1/2 to 3/4 cup milk (any liquid will work I used water)
1 egg
dash of cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
