i have my splits and a really good stretch is to put something about 2-4 inches high (maybe a really thick book) under your front foot. you obviously won’t be able to get all the way down, but no matter how far down you can get you should notice a really good stretch all up the back of your front leg!

Here’s a tip for ur handstands: don’t try to do chair stand stands until ur confidant that u have ur proper straight handstand and in the routine of keeping ur back straight as if u get in the habit of arching ur back u will not get very far with handstands

Warning! If you oil swish and spit it in the sink after it ends up building up and hardening in the drain and will clog. Split it in a napkin and toss it in the bin after! :)

Mia I know you like lifting weights but I would recommend not wearing align shorts (the ones you are wearing) for lifting weights as they are not made for such high intensity exercise and will pill faster

Hi Mia love you videos, I do dance myself and stretch in the morning I would recommend holding the position a bit clobber when it comes to the splits just so you teach your body what is right and it will come along quicker. Have fun thanks for amazing videos

Hiya, I have acne and you don’t get diagnosed with a certain type it’s more dependent on your skin type and how easily you scar. I recommend going to your gp and going on an acne treatment if necessary. I’d say the sooner you use a spot treatment the better because I have a few scars from before but now I use something that fades them x

@@sophieischeeky I think there is a difference between cystic acne and pimples, I’m wondering if she has had a diagnosis of that and what could help it. It has obviously left scars and a pimple doesn’t usually do that.

i have my right leg splits most of the time but if I’ve not stretched in a week I’ll be close to the floor but not on it, so I would definitely recommend stretching everyday i need to do it! my fave stretch is where you nearly go into splits but your back leg is keeping you from not going into them properly but if you keep pushing yourself further down until you can get into your splits. or lie on your back lift one leg up twice then do it again but hold it, make sure your leg is straight and your knee isnt bent!

Before u go into ur handstand role ur wrists for 2 minutes a u can hold it longer and crack ur back + role ur head all of that helps me so hopefully it will help you

Why is it that everybody gets all wrapped up in all these lotions and potions for one it's not good for your skin at all and also you only need 2 vitamins to take really all the rest are just ppl making money like all the skin potions as well. I'm a nurse and some things I've seen with all the creams ect isn't nice thing to see especially on the younger ones . You really wouldn't be putting all of that on your skin if you had 😊❤
