Hey Bri, Happy FRIDAY!! I do not have kids, but, I babysat alot. I use to have trouble sometimes getting kids asleep. I use to explain, why do we sleep. It gives us energy. If you go to sleep soon, then you can sleep longer. This means more sleep = more play time. If you want to have fun more, then sleep because you will feel like it. Instead of waking up tired and feeling yuck. It's your choice. less sleep=feel yucky or lots of sleep=feel great and have fun. Then, they would go to sleep!!! idk if you already tried this kind of thing. explaining cause and effect scenarios seems to help teach critical thinking skills. Telling her it's your choice makes them feel like they are older and responsible. But it's your life, you do what is best. Only the actual parents of the child, actually, know. Hi! My daughter has hair like P and it was so hard to do. But I've learned if I use a fine tooth comb and a water spray bottle it makes it easier. Also if we're going to be out all day I put a tiny touch of gel to secure it.

I lost my Daddy about 5 years ago and we were very close. It took me over 2 years to feel like normal. So as a little one, she just needs to keep a schedule and keep talking about her Poppy. Remember Grief never goes away, it just changes ❤💚💜💙💛 p.s. A cardinal is a sign from a departed loved one from heaven to let you know everything is ok.

💙 I lost my Dad ... I can feel for you and your littles. It’s not easy but looking for signs (cardinals) can bring comfort even for them. After my Dad passed away I had a little cardinal hang around all winter and it brought a little smile each day.

SO proud of you keeping up with exercise ... so great for your healthy mentally and physically. For Presley, I’d recommend removing all stuffed animals and blankets from her bed and removing that as a tactic. I had to do that with mine. She got them back after she learned 😉

Love these videos! Just a tip for P's hair...use a detangler spray (I use shea moisture one) and then brush it into the pigtails. So much easier than trying to get all those baby hairs brushed when they are dry!

Yes! My little chipoo likes to do what we call a march at the top of the stairs. She likes us to cheer her on, so she can run outside to go potty. She's 11, and she has always done this. :) Also, I did the collagen powder in my coffee for a bit, but my skin started breaking out really bad, so I stopped. Can you give us an update to let us know how it's going in a few weeks? Maybe it was the brand.
