Thanks for being here. In todays video, I wanted to take you along my morning and share a biblical perspective on serving others. As a Christian, I experienced the impact of the importance of showing hospitality to others. I was able to feel Gods love through people. What is one way you might serve someone this week?

The closer you draw to the Lord you begin to understand that serving others is a way we serve the Lord. I did not always look at it like that! I felt slaved in my day until I really took my relationship with Jesus serious and began to be intentional in my everyday!

I think it is wonderful you live such a Christian life. I truly do. And maybe I could if God had been as generous to me as he was with you. It is remarkably easy to be grateful & serve the One who has given you so much-a beautiful home, a hard working husband who provides and two healthy beautiful children. Many people never received those gifts, have hard much harder roads to walk and have struggles that are hard to bear. Platitudes do not ease burdens. So it is not as easy to live a life of service when there is nothing to give because all your strength goes to surviving. That is why only people in your position or similar ones of favor make these videos. I do not write this to shame or embarrass you. I offer it as a lesson that not everyone is blessed the way you are. But we are all at God's mercy and for some of us, it is not a gift but a burden. I hope your life continues to be happy & healthy.
