This was my favorite vlog of yours. I love home vlogs that are more day in a life rather than clothing try ons or hauls. I’m older lady so even though I love your beautiful clothes you show, my “old lady”body could never wear them. However, I love yummy recipes, gardening etc. or even shopping around town, grocery hauls etc. I still watch all of your vlogs but these are my favorites. Little Beau is so scrumptious. Also with the pace of fashion week that’s enough to do anyone in with those hours , travel , etc. It’s too bad that alcohol seems to be the dominating drink at every single influencer event. Many can’t even tolerate it and in Canada there is a debate on whether or not there should be a warning about the toxicity of alcohol on labels. ❤️🇨🇦

Look into lymphatic drainage to reduce the soreness and swelling in your legs. Everyone thinks you need to body brush from the ankles upwards but you need to open the lymph nodes at the collar bone, under the arm pit, the belly, the groin and behind the knees first, then body brush or massage. The sugar is just exacerbating the swelling/soreness by causing inflammation. When you do leg work outs and peloton your muscles tense and further cause sluggish lymph fluid to pool. You’ll find if you work the lymph nodes and regularly move the lymph that this issue will dissipate. Also, and it’s not glamorous but wear compression socks like you would for long haul flights around the house and when travelling and this will make a huge difference to soreness/swelling 🤍

For you’re honeymoon, I can really really really recommend Lombok! It is definitely more Bali before it became super touristy. Lovely and sweet people, beautiful nature with waterfalls, delicious food etc. We stayed in the Sudamala resort in Sengiggi. The employees are amazing , the food was amazing , beautiful beach to walk on that’s not very crowded at all. Just 10 out of 10. And if you want to treat yourselfs there villa’s are so beautiful! ❤❤

The rhubarb strawberry pie looked great! Rhubarb leaves have a few chemicals that are toxic to humans and animals. If you want your rhubarb stems to be sweeter and more red, fertilize in fall with chicken manure (we use the pellet kind) after your last picking.

Crazy shit Victoria, in a paris vlog a couple of years ago, I thought it could be possible that you also have lipedema. I never wanted to comment on it because it could be understood as shaming or whatever. Anyways, i have lipedema, i am really slim and only gain weight on my legs. I bruise easily and my legs area really sensitive. After my pregnancy it got worse. There isn‘t much you can do other than what you mentioned. Cutting out sugars and other food that causes inflammation in the body, lymphatic drainage and compression tights. Loved the vlog and your light is shining bright as always. Love from Berlin

Oh SUGAR😢😢😢I realized that my body can’t deal with sugar or processed sugar in my food. I used to get so sick 🤒 and break out with eczema all over my chest. So I made some much needed changes to my diet. So you did the BEST thing for your health
