So sorry you had that happen to you. Yes it is sad when we put ourselves out there and open up to someone and share our feelings only to find out they might not be reciprocated. Just remember happiness is a choice and practice self love. Pour love into yourself learning about yourself, spending time with yourself and doing things you love. It's not easy to be open and vulnerable online, people who might be struggling quietly need warriors willing to lay it all out on the table and say it's ok to need therapy (especially for men). Thanks for sharing you two, I see the love you have for each other and it's so dang cute it brought a little tear to my eye when you (Victoria) got emotional. My husband is ADHD and I have to remind myself, it's not my responsibility to manage his mood or chaos. Although often I say "babe, you're at a 10 and I'd love it if you came down to a 5" 😂 I just want him to be happy too. I talk about my own mental health struggles on my channel if anyone needs some extra support, it sucks to feel isolated. I also love you shouted out Helen, I admire how open she is about ADHD from her perspective, she's such an underdog creator and makes such amazing content!

As someone who’s at their desk hour and hours on end, investigating in a high quality ergonomic chair is priority. I totally get aesthetics and wanting the room to all blend together but within a year or so when that lower back and neck are a mess, not sure if it’s worth it lol

Agreed! I would also invest in a height-adjustable desk or at least use 2 separate desks to adjust the height to everyone's different needs. An office needs to be functional first and aesthetically pleasing second. Especially if you have the luxury of a separate room for an office.Your body will thank you later!

I was going to say that too. I think if someone is working at the desk all the time it is important for them to choose their own chair that gives them the support they need. Beautiful space and a proper chair will create a happy mood too.

I love the chairs. I got some from la redoute sans wheels but swively. Love them. I don't mind chairs like these to sit on for a few hours as I'm one of those people sitting right at the edge not using the back anyways - is a bit more ergonomic than actually leaning back anyways. Also need to walk around every like hour anyways.

As for the signal issue - as weird as it sounds: use outlook on your laptop and have like the last 30 days downloaded. It allows you to replay to all the mails and they will be sent out as soon as you have a signal. You can do all the answering - just not receive any new messages.

Hello! You should try de Bronzing Radiance Self-Tanning Cream from Freshly cosmetics. It´t a cream you apply at night like any other hydrating cream, but after a few times it does make you tan. I like it a lot and also have a dry skin.
