For deodorant I used to get dark armpits using axe and old spice. I switched to arm & hammer. after a year the darkness went away. Still use it to this day, best and only deodorant I stick to !

Schmidths sensitive skin deodorant works best or Native both could be purchased at Target ... and not cheap but very effective

I always take a shower in the evening so I don’t have to deal so with greasy pillows although I have build up in my hair. Tbh I don’t see the advantages of taking a shower in the morning since you sweat throughout the day and I don’t want to go to bed smelly and with greasy skin
