I am currently 13 weeks pregnant and finally on the other side of the worst of my morning sickness! I had extremely severe morning sickness. I was throwing up all day every day for 2 months. I wasn't able to go to work or even leave the house. Everyone and their mother will try to give you morning sickness advice, but what works for one person does not work for everyone. These are all of the things that I tried that worked for me and some of the things that really didn't. One thing I will say is that pregnancy sickness and nausea and vomiting during pregnancy is no joke and it can be extremely difficult and debilitating for some people. But it does end. Even when it feels like it never will. You will get through it!

The Pacific Northwest Vlog is a documentation of my life living on the Olympic Peninsula. My goal is not to encourage you to move to the Olympic Peninsula, but more to encourage you to enjoy your life today, as it is, in this moment. And find ways in each day to slow down and love this experience of life, because it's the only one you've got. If you slow down and find that you're not happy where you are, I hope you have the courage to change that and build a life that you love and that makes you feel joy for being alive.
