Morning sickness (or pregnancy sickness) can be one of the hardest bits of being pregnant. We asked Clare, a midwife, to outline some common remedies for dealing with being nauseous when you're expecting
Ginger, travel sickness wristbands, bland food -we go through all the remedies to try make it stop. Please make it stop!

Ginger root in my water has helped as well as tums.

B6 tablets! Absolutely fixed me, and I was having all day nausea, throwing up and all. Ginger slightly helped, eating regularly slightly helped, B6 seems to have cured me!

No to Morning Sickness Tea worked like a charm! My morning sickness was really bad and I couldn't get off the couch. When this came in the mail I made one cup and it worked like magic. It tastes great and helped ease the nausea.

Me too. I'm experimenting with cold drinks like smoothies, they're settling my stomach well, hopefully it stays in my tummy

I am also having this morning sickness like hell can not eat or drink anything I am throwing up like a cat 🐱 and having alot of saliva in my mouth please help

I feel you, I'm only at week 7 tomorrow and so discouraged that there's 5-8 more weeks of sickness :( it's not easy. Hopefully the B6 will help

@@winniek303 yes I think so. I ordered anti nausea bracelets and they helped a lot along with taking b vitamins and eating. Also when I changed my schedule and got more sleep my sickness dropped dramatically! I'm finally coming out of the woods now I barely ever feel nauseous anymore only sometimes in the evening. And I'm starting to have some energy too, it's a good feeling to be past the hard part
