Really cool video! I honestly think Eindhoven is one of the most underrated cities in the Netherlands, in all aspects. It's one of the biggest economies in the Netherlands. And then you have Strijp-S, it was called the Forbidden City of Phillips back in its glory days. Cool industrial area, also a lot of start-up tech companies, stores, restaurants and a lot of new high rise out there! Eindhoven is not your cozy average 16th century city, it's a high tech and design city. And in all honestly I also think the City center is not made for this numbers of tourists (Remember: Eindhoven never was a tourist city, it's a high tech city, but tourism exploded here for some reasons), but there are plans to stretch the city center to Strijp-S, this makes the city center a LOT bigger. But it is not a small city center at all, don't get me wrong. There are a lot of nice things to explore in Eindhoven, come back in like 10 to 15 years because there are some big plans in the making right now like District E, Bunkertoren, Dutch mountains and the make over of Fellenoord.

It's not the quintessential dutch city but it does have it's own 'feel' so to say :)

as a person living in Eindhoven and exploring the city daily I can say that our centre indeed not feel like the centres of other cities. We sort of have 2 centres right now the one where this tour was the "historic" centre for shopping and a new one called Strijp-s, they eventually want it to become one big centre but now it is one big construction zone. And as said below Eindhoven has a other feeling then Amsterdam with old buildings with new facades surrounded by new buildings.
