Cinnamon Roll Recipe
* 1 cup warm milk
* 1/4 cup melted butter
* 1/4 cup sugar
* 2 teaspoon yeast
- combine in a 2 cup glass measuring cup and allow the yeast to proof for 3-5 minutes
* 3 2/3 cup flour
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 2 eggs
- wisk flour and salt together in a large bowl.
- add foamy yeast mixture into the flour and add the eggs
- knead 5-8 minutes until your dough bounces back
-place in an oiled bowl and cover. Allow to rise until doubled
- punch down your dough and roll it out
-cover with butter,cinnamon,and brown
sugar Roll it up
- cut it into 24 equal buns
Let rise for about 30 minutes in the pan
Bake at 375° for 25-30 minutes
