I'm not a big fan of soft cooked carrots texture. I might try this, and hope the seasonings would change that. We like both salmon and tilapia. I think he like tilapia better. I am a Christian, and study other religions. I have no plans to convert to Orthodox Judiaism, but I would like to include kosher food and Jewish study into our lives. I'm looking into getting a Jewish study Bible, so that I can read what the Nicaean Council banned or left out. Blessings on your family.

Chana did you know if you have one clove of garlic 🧄 left over,and it is sprouting you can plant it, in about 6 months you will get a whole garlic head. .The tops should be brown, (dried) we put 5 cloves in the little area we have for planting. Our yard is big but has a pool and only a bit of grass. I had the kids ( adults) dig a space for flowers and a few veggies.The sub contractors made a huge mistake, we wanted 5 bedrooms 2.5 baths he did 4 bedrooms. The builder asked us if we wanted 1. Another house and he would build us what we wanted, Or 2. Would we be happy with a built in pool. That was a no brainer. We took the pool. The kids don’t come much but we want them to have bedrooms. We were not living here when house was being built, we built it on spec and planned on selling it. We were happy in Pennsylvania, used this house as a rental, here houses are so expensive a lot of people cannot afford the down , but can afford the rent. I feel ill never get my craft room… the bedrooms are small, I use my husbands office for crafting.As long as I’m quiet while he’s working. PS I’m looking at some of the catalogs and sites you get your dresses at, I dress modestly just because and I like dresses because it’s HOT here , I need pockets to put card to start the TESLA, AND MY drivers license. Btw we purchased talapia at Costco, we had to toss it, on the side of the package it said” processed in a plant that processes shell fish” my husband is very allergic to crab, I won’t even eat it because he went into anaphylactic shock on a cruise we were on. I’m a nurse, I always carry Benadryl with me but he needed epinephrine also. Thankfully, the 🚢 ship had a full hospital on board. I now have an rx for an epi pen 🖊 one in the car and one in my purse. The reason we had to toss the tilapia was it was during the height of covid and they would not take anything back. They did tell me to save the receipt and when we came in they would credit us. I babbled, I’m sorry .

Mmmm yum I love this kind of fish! I rarely make it coz it's a lot of work compared to sticking a salmon in the oven with some teriyaki sauce or just frying it up on the stove but it's SO worth it, it's so delicious! I have made this dish with all sorts of white fish - cod, sole, flounder... They all do really well. It's the flavor of the spices and veggies that makes the dish. I personally would never leave out the chickpeas, to me they are a critical part. I add a can of crushed tomatoes and slice up a couple tomatoes too but otherwise i do it the same way. I recommend everyone to try it, you won't regret it!

My husband said you could replace it with parsley but use about a third of the amount you would have if it was cilantro :) Hope that helps!

I wish I could smell that, it looked amazing! Thank you Chana’s hubby. BTW, your knife skills are impressive. My husband is a picky eater but I’m going to try this. I will let you know how it goes. Have a wonderful Shabbat! ✡️

I had the privilege of spending a couple of weeks in Marrakech several years ago. The cuisine is definitely unique and so many delicious flavors! You are fortunate to have his touch in the preparation of your meals.

Thank you and your husband for this video! It looks delicious and healthy! I’m going to try this. We eat keto, so I’ll leave the potatoes out and maybe the carrots or just not put many in . I have to say, I’m one of those unfortunate people that cilantro tastes like soap to me so I’ll use Italian parsley instead.
@jaroffireflies3 жыл бұрын
I will tell him! By the way, he says if you’re using parsley that you should use about a third of the amount he showed of cilantro :)

@@jaroffireflies Hi, I just want to let you know I made the Morrocan Fish recipe and it was superb! I'd gush about it but that would take too long. I did use parsley instead of cilantro. I'm allergic to garlic so I substituted the garlic for a few green olives and a dash of cumin. This is definitely going in my favorites to make again and again. Thanks again to you and your husband.🙂

Finally your Moroccan fish recipe. I’m glad I found this today. My husband loves fish meat not so much, but I love coriander and my husband not so much. Hopefully we can make this one day. Thank you for this recipe.
