Really like how big this house is; great colors and floorplan! To make it mine I would have carpeted bedrooms and family room, and an opening window in the master bath, that's it! Great home at a great price, thanks for the tour Chris!

We own this home! We got ours for $119,000 in Cheyenne WY. We placed it on our own land and love it! Locally this model is now more expensive, I think $150-160,000 (just a little over 12 months from our purchase) so the price can really vary from state to state and time. Something nobody mentions is that the models now come with very energy efficient furnace and water heater. Our home doesn’t have gas like our previous one and that is a huge financial benefit. We did choose to add a wood stove in our home since we can suffer from power outages in the winter and also colder weather.

Danggggg. We visited Clayton Homes today in Troy, Missouri and this same home (only difference is that the master bedroom has a row of 3 windows) is $149,000! This is the home we want to buy but now I feel like we’re being robbed with the price difference.
