MOROCCO'S HIDDEN PARADISE | Akchour Waterfall, Chefchaouen

Today we are unveiling Morocco's hidden paradise - Akchour Waterfalls! This breathtaking gem is tucked away in the heart of Northern Morocco, just a short drive from the beautiful blue city of Chefchaouen.
Hiking to Akchour Waterfall is recommended to anyone staying a couple of days in Chefchaeoun. We took a Grand taxi costing 25 dirhams each (6 people max). Fortunately, we did not have to wait at all for the taxi to fill up. The taxi journey from Chefchaouen took 30-mins with beautiful sceneries along the way. There are souvenir stalls and restaurants at the beginning of the hike and also along the way.
There are 2 waterfalls: one big & small. Took us about 30-mins to reach the first small waterfalls and another 1 hour from there to the big waterfall, but we were not prepared for what we saw.
