Morocco's NW coast - is it as dull as everyone says for expedition overland truck life?

This week sees our family drive Bebe, our MAN HX60 expedition overland truck, from Chefchaouen to the north west coast of Morocco to find out if it's as dull as everyone told us before we set off
Also, Dave gets ripped off, Jess drives off road, we go for a play in the sand and we meet the awesome fellow overlanders True Blue Travellers in their gorgeous Puma Land Rover: ‪@truebluetravellers‬

Morocco 🇲🇦 is truly an amazing kingdom. Some Westerners may have some preconceived ideas (and some are even latent racists) or want to judge another culture using their own Western measuring devices (it won’t work). Those lucky people to let their preconceived ideas at home, will enjoy living a new experience in Morocco 🇲🇦. They would learn to travel without judging. Having lived in the UK first 37 years, I know that Moroccans are far more friendly and helpful. Their culture is far superior than that in Britain where a son or a daughter puts their parents in a hospice. Moroccans (the majority and it is changing recently) would look after their parents till death. Moroccans are hospitable and always willing to help. Long live Morocco 🇲🇦

It certainly is, and there are definitely pre-conceived ideas from Westerners. We’ve both been to Morocco before so are well aware of the culture and the hospitality of Moroccans. Long may it continue!
