Zelda: Ocarina Of Time 100% [TAS] in

Finally the waiting is over!
After waiting for many years the first complete 100% TAS in Ocarina of Time is finished!
This is the result of 8 months of hard work. Luckily, we had the infinite pizza glitch activated to keep
ourselves focused every day.
This TAS follows the RTA 100% route. We only had to do a few smaller changes due to complications.

Why did you guys collect one heartpiece later? What a timeloss!
- I feel unbelievably bad about forgetting this one heartpiece. I noticed that I forgot the HP in the Lake Hylia laboratory after we
finished the Forest Temple which means we would have needed to redo over an hour of gameplay. So we decided to collect it later in the run.
This cost us around 30 seconds.
Why didn't you use RBA?
- Back in November when we started, RBA was not allowed. Also Doom jump in DC was not known back then.

Of course this TAS in spliced. We couldn't handle all the desyncs so we had to do some new TAS files, what changed the Death Counter for some reason and we didn't notice.

It's obvious that many parts can be improved but a major problem about categories of that length is that "proper" TASing would make so many segments and possibly the route itself outdated that it's difficult to get a satisfying result. MoronicTAS you've got to do a tas of this again by talking to the npcs that save text. That needs to be completed as well. For Child Link, The npcs are in Kokiri forest before you beat deku tree, Gorons before you beat the cavern, 2 or 3 Zora's in Zora Domain as child. And 6 npcs in Kakariko Village as child. The Master carpenter by tree, the fat lady in the house, the skeletula person in middle when you have 9 or less skeultlas, then talk to him again once you obtain 10 or more. The tall guy with black eyes in Impa's house. (Both day & night) The clock soldier by Kakariko's entrance, (I think both day & night text save after talking to him.) I'll list the ones for Adult Link after you reply to this comment.

Don't know why this popped up in my recommendations just today, but this is an excellent job. Splicing was put in for entertainment purposes, and it works very well together. I am a massive fan of the Zelda community for speedrunning, and the like. Big fan of ZFG as well, he's gone on to say that a sub 3 TAS might be possible in the coming years, what are your thoughts on that?. Either way, i love the way this was put together, and i hope to see a new one with new strats soon. Keep up the good work!
