It’s a beautiful technique...but WHY DROP ON THE KNEES!. You lose the power and depend heavily on the arms.

trevor bell look man, the throw gains impulse to the ground and make it more easy make rotate the enemy for the sides or the head, and the thecnique on the feet feels more slow. you can practice the two forms, i like the thecnique in the knees,
