That battery is a prime candidate for a recondition. I just reconditioned my 7+ year old BMW 330xi battery with a CTEK MXS 5.0 and it went from 520CCA to 719CCA (battery rated at 800CCA). The CTEK can recondition the battery while still connected to the car. The Noco chargers also seem to do a good job reconditioning batteries but require disconnection from the car.

That battery is ok. I have a topdon and it has been telling me to replace my battery for the past 3 years. It currently says 26% health and still starts my 2.0 diesel engine no problem . Unless you have issues it could go on for another few years.

Bye a battery booster instead, save your money…..it’s the same size and has a flash light. Who cares what the battery is doing.

I prefer to always carry the booster as well. Just in case. You don't have to but for us it is interesting to monitor the health level of the battery.
