Sometimes you just can’t beat a Chinese meal. My personal go to: yung chow fried rice, sweet and sour chicken hk style, prawn toast, crispy seaweed. So salty, but so good.

Great video. I know all about the crazy sleep schedule. Been off work due to an injury so I have been sleeping erratic lately. Who cares as long as you get the rest you need when you need it.
