I was having some crazy acid reflux for a while on and off. When it was at its worst, it would irritate my throat so bad it would get infalmed, and I'd feel like i was having an allergic reaction. My throat would feel like it was getting tight and like i was being choked by someone with weak little hands, lol. This feeling would sometimes last for days even weeks with no relief. After trial and error and a visit with a specialist, it turned out to be all the peppermint tea i was drinking, lol. I love peppermint tea. i would drink several cups a day, i would even dhave it wen my throat was feeling tight in the hopes it would help, but ironically, it was, in fact, the route cause of the problem. As it Turns out, any kind of mint isnt all that good for you Lol the mint is what was causing my acid reflux the whole time. After going a few days without drinking it, my throat felt like normal again, and i haven't had peppermint tea since. but i do miss its refreshing warmth lol.

Most of my co-workers are Jamaican and they cook amazing food for all of us every week (in the kitchen at the country club where I work) I feel so lucky to get to eat it! Some of the best food I’ve ever had.

Its true. Cranberry juice is a big culprit for heart burn. It is for me too. I cant ever have it again. Also i can't have oreos. The fake chocolate cookies are instant heart burn for me. Im glad you have finally gotten relief❤
