Morrie! the Morrison chipper

This was an unhappy tale that turned out well. We purchased a Shredder/chipper of the Bosch brand from the local mega Mitre10 store. It failed, badly, and had a new motor fitted by the importers. I was a little surprised they did not replace it, but they said it would be as good as new, so that seemed OK. It did not perform very well, with jamming occurring often, so I took to reducing the size of the branches etc, which added greatly to the work time taken.
THEN IT GOT WORSE! yesterday it stopped again. I emailed Mega Mitre10, who told me the local shop had been told and i was expected. They gave a refund, and suggested this Morrison model ($30 cheaper too). It seems so superior to the old one. Maybe I got a dud Bosch, but if that is so, it would seem the agent stood in they way of that happy ending. I am very happy already with this machine as it already outperforms anything the other sad machine could do
