There is a symbiosis that occurs between Morrissey and audience when he sings live. Anyone who has been to see him knows what I'm talking about, regardless of where they sat in the venue. The love is almost palpable. Long live Moz.

I believe that his works will be college curriculum years from now. He is the poet of our generation. I hope he continues to sing as long as he can and I hope also that he will continue to write. His art has been a constant in my life for over 30 years and I am better for it.

I've tried to explain this to friends and just can't, for a couple of hours I'm almost hypnotised, and your right, you can feel the love in the room, it's an amazing feeling and one that at the countless gigs I've been to over the years is unique to Morrissey.

I've seen him at least a dozen times since 1990, he never disappoints. I will admit to using MiM as a bathroom break the last few times. I also got to shake his hand, and make him laugh. It was at a DVD signing of Oye Esteban, in the Year 2000, in New York. He laughed when I asked for the inscription, "Goodnight and Thank You." I still have the photo they posted on morrissey-solo.com.

I'm from Venezuela...Morrissey fan since I was a kid...this was my first Moz gig, I will never ever forget that night and being able to see him singing "Who will protect us from the police?" ... it made me cry, we were lucky to be at that gig

Fantastic as usual from him and the band. Yes it's a beautiful dance, I mean he doesn't have the moves of Bobby Farrell here lol but it's appropriate for Morrissey and the song.
