This is why I am now a new subscriber... 1. You showed me how to pick out the asparagus and told me what to look for to prevent me from picking over ripe asparagus. 2. You showed me how to prep the asparagus and at the same time told me why I shouldn't do certain things. 3. While cooking the asparagus you told me what to look for and why. 3. You did not have the right size lid and you improvised... I often have to improvise and seeing that you do too, tells me I will learn some tricks 😉 4. Your accent! I use grapeseed or avocado oil in my pan. Montreal Steak seasoning and a little lemon pepper seasoning. Honey! (You can use Chicago steakhouse seasoning)

Wife was out of town so I looked up a tutorial. I tried the pan fried and it turned out great. Will try the grill tonight. I wasn’t ready for the oil spattering so have a screen in place to minimize the mess.

Just roast it for a bit! Convection setting or a broiler would work pretty well. Remember to add olive oil and some seasoning.

OmmfG!!!!!!! I was the shit for the whole dinner!!! I added a little jerk seasoning for spice! My husband looooooved it!!! Before this win, I cooked some asparagus in the air fryer, and damn near choked my husband and daughter!!!!!!! Thank you sooooooooo much they were soooo goood! Just the right timing!
