Morrowind to Skyrim No Fast Travel

Can you walk directly to Skyrim from Morrowind in the Morrowind mod Skyrim: Home of The Nords?
I set out to learn the answer in this video. It turns out that since the worldspace is connected, you can just levitate across the sea west from the Bitter Coast/Gnaar Mok to reach Skyrim. There are no invisible walls stopping you, and this is likely possible with Stirk as well. It is not practical though, unless you are using console commands or the potion loop to get incredibly fast speed.
A less exploity and more sane way to travel without paying a ship captain is to set a mark in Karthwasten and then use the Almsivi intervention to teleport to the nearest tribunal temple. This will likely be in Vvardenfell, since it is parallel and closest to Skyrim. It may possibly be a temple in Tamriel Rebuilt's mainland Morrowind.
