why would the tech mount the greasable spring hangers with the grease fittings facing inward? Alot more user friendly if facing outward and more apt to get greased more often.

Because the tires get in the way of the fittings.

Well, STEP #11 @2:37 states TIGHTEN SHACKLE LINK NUTS ON BOTH SIDES OF EQUALIZER TO 40 FT-LBS. and shows an air impact wrench. Is this a newly designed adjustable torque air impact wrench?

Just looked like he snugged them up and didn't tighten them all the way with the gun. We used to do that all the time to save time and then use the torque wrench to torque it to spec. It just saved a bit of time is all. He maybe doing this but just never showed the torque step or forgot to film it and wrote it in.

What is the max GVWR for a two axle fifth wheel that is acceptable to use with these? The 4000 number is somewhat confusing.

My only concern was if I had any obstacles like a gas line hanging from the trailer frame that might get in the way of the member installation, might have to make a slight adjustment.

Do you get any more height of the system, does it raise the trailer ride height? I'm looking to gain 1 inch and wonder if this would help?

What do you recommend to raise the trailer ride height a little bit? Lift blocks on the axle/spring perches?

Jesse Schulman Taller leaf springs, go from a 4-6, 6-8 leaf, etc... Box weld your leaf hanger-ends, which helps with flex and the weak spot in most hangers. You will gain about 2 inch lift overall.

I have 8000 lb tandem axles. What do you recommend?

Above states the SRE4000 is for 5,200 to 7,000 axles. Now you say it will not work for 7,000 axles? I hope you are wrong, I already ordered my set.
