His dmg is actually insane, but if you want one shot, you want some buff and deff brk, his pen alone is not enough also it's single target pen

sweet spot is 26/27k if you can go higher will be just for fear because you will lose cdmg if you don't have insane roll ofc

Personally, I think mort shines with low speed to combo with harseti. On top of that he gets speed buff so even 120 (Luke mine) is surprisingly decent

They can delete his S2 and leave him with his S3 as the only skill and he'll still be good. Big AoE Dmg that doesn't rely on ATK buff + Pen Def the tankiest unit + guaranteed 2-turn Fear. Holy fckkk it's the scariest skill in the game right now.
