I tried this combo but I can't get the stab the sequel to hit after outnumbered it's does the whole ⭕️ combination what am I doing wrong and when I don't enhanced outnumbered am I supposed to dash to hit confirm?

Yeah you do need to dash to confirm the hit, and don't press circle twice until the second hit of enhanced backstage pass makes contact.
