You see Baraka,Kollector and Erron black in the aftermath story mode but Skarlet and Dvorah are no where to be seen. Skarlet probably lost faith in being loyal to Shao Kahn and went off on her own. And the last we seen of Dvorak her stinger things got cut off so who knows.

Dragnmastralex Maybe aside from Kotal and probably Liu Kang, the rest didn’t die. Jade was probably unconscious and was imprisoned with Kitana, while Kung Lao managed to survive long enough for his revenant to still be alive until the finale.

"you let all of them die, that's cold" if the only 2 that died was Kotal and Liu... why would he tell him he let his self die and refer to Kotal as "all of them" they all died or had their souls drained leaving them undead. Jade, Kung Lao, Kotal, Nightwolf, Sheeva, Rayden, and Fujin. It's unclear what happend to Jax, Jacqui, Subzero, Scorpion, and Erron Black which they seem to have forgotten about. we only know that Sonya, Johnny, Cassie, and Kitana are being held in chains prisoner. Baraka seems to have switched sides on the boat.

Not dead: UNdead. There is a difference, especially when it comes to revenants. They are creatures that border along the lines of life and death, but that doesn't mean they can't die again. If that were the case, then the undead armies would be unkillable - but they aren't. And they LOOOOONG established that Kronika rigged reality, and time so that what happens to a person's past self affects the present self, as well. So just because he's a revenant, why should Liu Kang be an exception to this rule?
