He charges him with vagrancy and they throw him in a cell where they start beating on him, which triggers his 'nam PTSD and makes him go on a rampage.

I didn't think I'd say this, but: Ronda Rousey did a better job than Brigitte Wilson. BTW, you should see Rousey do Hot Ones. It's a marvel. I don’t know how long it’s been since the last time she acted, she is in her late 40s or early 50s. Plus the Sonya Blade personality in Mortal Kombat 11 closer resembles Rousey’s wrestling persona. Bridgets Sona Blade in the 90s Mortal Kombat movie better suited Bridget.
