Conisidering that Skynet chose to specialize in infiltration to deal with the human resistance, I highly doubt that a design like that would come to fruition. A four armed terminator with blades and teeth doesn't really add much when stealth works better. Kinda made me cringe when I first heard it tbh. I don't really see their morphology as being unique enough to justify making a whole new series of terminator.

I honestly kinda loathe this line, for as charming as it is.
