There's more sony references in game as well they wouldn't logically reference a game they do not have ownership of as canon so play station all stars is the only sensible result. Which is most likely why kratos refused to talk about it cause what also happened with sock boy and the fact he was referencing the dog.

This is definitely rpcs3 and not only that but this is probably being streamed on a mid tier pc at that rpcs3 has come a long way you have to tweak the settings if you're gonna try to enhance a game like this I'd take a look at some ordinary gamers recent video where he emulates gta 5 on rpcs3 and boosted it to 4k 60 fps
