There is a cut cutscene with Kabal that you can see on KZbin. A lot of content got cut from this game.

@@juliankanzuki2013 It's possible, though he gives me more of a gangster vibe than a gunslinger/cowboy vibe. There is also the question of whether the current devs even knew about Quinn's existence, given that Ed Boon himself and others did not work on MK Special Forces. I wish they brought back No Face in some way. He had two cameos in the past few years, but that's about it.

Basically, it doesn't feel like Mortal Kombat. It lacks the Fatalities, plays more like Metal Gear Solid, and the game feels unfinished as collision detection and other problems are present (sometimes, I even clip through objects or get stuck in walls).
