I pulled him and 2 or 3 dupes and he's awesome along with Jiyan and Vera. Personally I need to learn to do proper rotations better and get better at maximizing buffs and whatnot but the teams clearing everything with ease (ofc that could just be Jiyan). Imo it seems the 4 stars are kind of hit or miss, with one's like Mortifi, Danjin, and even Yangyang being anywhere from op (with more dupes) to niche but useful (ie Yangyangs grouping/cc). Then you have those on the less useful end of of the spectrum like Chixia and the older dude in the hat. Idk Kuros policy for buffing weaker units (though in PGR they have added ways to really boost up older units through additional advancement methods so maybe theyll do the same in WuWa later on). If not then hopefully therell be newer units coming out that will make the weaker 4 stars shine a bit more.

As a general subdps, yes. As a Jiyan support, all you need is him at S0. That heavy attack buff is massive. The overall dmg on this liberation is a drop in the bucket compared to how much he buffs Jiyan's damage.
