Astoundingly exquisite. Breathtaking! Marshall Rutter, who commissioned the piece by Laurisden , in honor of Marshall's wife Terry, was a longtime family friend and legal community colleague -- I worked for him and his firm, when I was a young attorney. When I first heard this piece it was being broadcast on K-USC and Meyers was playing it. As a violinist myself - I was blown away. And when I learned where this all started - my heart sang out. Thank you Marshall, thankyou Terry, thank you Morten Laurisden, thank you Anne Akiko Meyers, thank you Grant Gerson, and thank you L.A. Master Chorale. - David Daniels
