Hi Ash, i’ve been listening to your podcast a lot recently, your content has been really inspiring. i’m currently working in estate agency but considering moving into mortgage broking. Do you think there is a risk that AI could potentially replace the need for a broker in the medium?

@@rowanellis1792 thanks for the question and I’m glad you find the content valuable. And in short no I don’t think AI will replace any time soon. I would still tell my son to start a career in mortgages just because the regulations alone will keep a lot of ai agents out plus people buy from people. I think AI will help advisers and make them more effective but I don’t worry about the job being at risk
