Hi Wigtor, beautiful, that you kept your promise to write a comment, especially as you can see, that not many people who promised it really did until now ;-)! Its exciting to talk to reenacters and as long as you give us positive feedback to continue with the series "21st Century Viking Stories", we will be more than happy to see you and your brothers next year in Wolin. Take Care and greetings from Berlin.

Hi Branislav, thank you so much for your nice comment! We really need to know, if you and your brothers want us to go on in doing "Viking Stories".... 15 videos might be boring?! I'm looking forward and hope to meet you probably next year (last tent, right side, just in front of the entrance of the fortress ;-))), to discuss new contents for the series. Take care and greetings from Berlin.

I´ve never been in this festival, but I saw all your videos from this action. I am interested in this so called "living history". Maybe next year, as you wrote ,I will find you on the right side :-) Good luck!
@Morusmedienpool7 жыл бұрын
ahhh, so the audience for the videos may be people, who are not able to attend - very interesting! ... by the way, you may not know, the tent on the right side is very important, its the place where you can get the "historical correct beverages" of this time. They sometimes help to make my english more fluent ;-))

:-))) now I understand why you choose this first aid tent! It´s similar with me, beers open secret knowledge of foreign languages :-)

Hi, Thank you very much ;-))) what do you think, should we go on in doing Viking Stories? Greetings from Berlin
@57Halina7 жыл бұрын
Hello to You! Your film work can be assessed for high quality and value because the movie was created in real time without acting preparation. You made a beautiful documentary movie. Bravo! Of course, you should make such vikings stories every year. I was there at the same time and I'd like to go for the next one, 2018 and spend their time. Greetings from Toronto
@Morusmedienpool7 жыл бұрын
Hi there in Toronto :-)) again thanks for your positive feedback, as we put a lot of passion into the documentary. As you seem to be also infected with the Living History Virus, we will then probably meet there next year in Wolin. Don't hesitate to find us,!! and be the next Viking storyteller. What do you think ;-)))

Thanks for the reply and suggestions to be the next Viking storyteller. I would rather I be just a tourist passing on the Viking Festival.I'll be waiting further Yours film projects.Greetings!!🤗 ❤️ 💙😃👍

I actually thought he was a girl. I had long hair once as a boy , and I know how annoying it is for people, even by accident, to mistake you for a girl.

Maybe some of you were in a Wolin festival before, so I have quite important question. I'd like to go for the next one, 2018. and spend there all 72h, but all I have to sleep in is a regular, modern tent. In videos everywhere I see old-styled white tents. So maybe u know if there is an area on a festival for modern tents. Or you know how could I get the oldschool white one ? Thank you :)

I could clear that field i minutes... the one thing that the romans did was make a "gladius" short stabbing thing that just worked forward. A bit like people.... iff they are honest.

Say that you rely on honor and honourable enegmies. Refer to enemies as "fuckers" and order your guys to attack when they did not set up yet. Those guys from Jomsborg broke probably all rules during the last day battle. Drunk participants-check Fighthing with referees-check getting up when youve been knocked down (eliminated from fight)-check striking and punching fallen enemies-check charching full on into fences with tourists behind it and breaking it-check Im not saying the fight was too brutal. Far from that. But if you make a set of rules, stick to it, dont break them because you are loosing... Legit.

Not the Place to discuss that I stand in Boleslaw side. Our side made the same shity mistakes like in 2015. Never learned from them

Hi Gronth Dwarf, thanks for your comment and interesting points you are talking about! As filmmaker we try to be neutral, but of cause, we saw "rude behaviors" on both sides. I think we should stay in contact, so that next year, we can probably show "another" view on the things and follow you and your group. I will really encourage you to send us an email or contact us, if you like this idea. All the best and greetings from Berlin.
