Good evening Ed. Started out around 15 this morning and l think it made it to 50. 👍 Was sunny and got breezy this afternoon. Most of the snow has melted. A couple more nice days then back in the deep freeze again for a few days. Damn! Glad to hear Mory doesn't need surgery. 👌 Looks like you have several cows getting pretty close to calving. Just not cold enough yet! 😂

Was 48 when I fed tonight. 36 an hour later at supper. 39 a few minutes ago.. 🤔🙄 I'm thinking Morys thumb should be healed up enough to hold the wheel again in a week or so (probably sooner, you know how farmers and truckers are) would be a little longer if it was his right one. Thumb is kinda important when you drive an 18 speed.. Got a few that are getting closer.. a half dozen with some clear mucus.. that just means sometime in the next few weeks.. I'd prefer just below freezing, to just above.. sure saves a lot of naval infections and pnumonia!

Looks like the bull calf is goin too pretty calm feller,,you ain't kidding about some of newer cattle gates the paint on them is thicker then the metal,,good one Ed 👍👍

@@anthonynapier4668 first calf always gets spoiled.. unless we have a rush of calves. It's all been thinner than the paint for years. We used to build a lot of gates and panels, but it got to where people could buy new factory stuff for less than we could buy materials.. crazy! Thank you Anthony!!

Barbecued some 🐂🥩 tonight since the wind wasn’t 50 miles an hour today. Still got to melting but I guess our temperature slides over the next couple days. At least there was hardly a breeze today, made it nicer to tackle a few jobs outside.
