I've been learning Mosaic crochet this year, and it only just occurred to me that there must be a way to make curves. This is such a game-changer for my homemade patterns!! Thanks for the tip about using DC2T to make fuller stitches, it's such a useful trick and so clever!!

You did an excellent job for your first video! It was easy to see where you were making your stitches and you were going at a good speed. I also liked that you had the name of the stitch in the top left corner and the pattern in the top right corner. I can't wait to try a pattern using these stitches.

Thank you for posting this, I’ve been wondering how to do the slanted stitches and your video is very informative. When you do just one slanted stitch, you don’t have to make up for a “lost” stitch to keep the stitch count the same, is that correct?

Thank you. Yes that's correct but you should make sure you have one stitch for every stitch on the previous row. Sometimes you need to dig behind an angled stitch to find the front loop of a stitch.
