As a dutchman with Hungarian roots I can only confirm and repeat again and again that, looking at your unique videos, Moscow feels more and more like HOME to me!! Also the videos of president Putin joining the Christmas celebration in his favourite Church, together with family and friends really did it for me!🙏💙 Therefore I cannot and in fact will NEVER understand why most western leaders have SOLD their HEART and SOUL to the Ukraine WITHOUT approval of their countries' citizens!!! Are they BLIND???? In September when my spouse and I spent a long weekend in Bernkastel-Kues in Germany,, we met 2 Russian businessmen and their families who also enjoyed coffee and a large piece of delicious Käsekuchen in a Konditorei on top of one of the hills, with a beautiful view on the Moselle! They informed us that they would return to Moscow after the NewYear celebrations but that they were looking forward to their next trips to Europe! I sincerely hope that travelling through Europe will still be possible for them and their fellow countrymen the coming years and that the useless war, provoked by Zlenski and a bunch of CRPT LFT! ST western leaders will finally come to an end!👍👍 May God bless Russia and its people, especially now at His Son's Birthday!🙏💒🇳🇱💙🇷🇺

You'll be simply memorising the language like kids do who don't know any grammar rules before going to school but they speak grammatically correct.

@Rperfilyev maybe try a new training split. Or are you eating right, like 2 grams per kg of bodyweight? I've also noticed that if you are not sleeping well, it affects your performance in the gym, and perhaps overall gains in muscle and strength. I'm by no means an expert, but these are some things to think about if you are not seeing progress.

В Яндекс Браузере? Да, там небольшой запор с этим. Пришлось принудительно указать перевод с английского на русский, а потом уже включить перевод. Наверное потому, что часто звучит русский и переводчик не понимает что с чего переводить.

Я так понимаю гугл подумал что ролик на русском раз тут есть русск язык в ролике. Поэтому с русс на англ можно перевод включить. А с анг на русс нельзя так как ролик -то на русском по мнению гугла.
