Any issues with them yet? I’m afraid of having one blow out while driving down the road

Love your set up

How do they handle on the road and are you running sway bars?

Awesome setup. As per the local authorities I cannot weld or cut the frame. I wonder if you heard of ready made brackets that can be bolt on for ORI 14" on jku

I would like to know the same mostly. However I am ok with having a shop doing the welding so who fabs the brackets to make it easier on the person doing the welding?

Thanks for the vid! Are you running bucket springs(stock coils) in addition to the ori's? Wanting to put on a ford ranger dune truck. Its an older bucket coil and strut setup. I wana ditch the bucket coils., ...?

Nothing but the ORI. Don't think anyone runs ori plus a spring. The ORI holds the full vehicle weight. I would not advise ori for a strictly dune optimized truck. That should get coilovers and ideally bypass shocks. An ORI is only so good at dunes, ORI is great for an all around build but the only thing it truly shines at is rock crawling (which is what they were originally designed and intended for, competition rock buggies).

What length struts do you have? How did you mount them in the back?

They're 14" ORI's. I cut out the frame and relocated it in several inches and cut through the body and run them outboard of the frame, pretty vertical and above the axle tube.
