You know the tab is connected to the center pin, right? The tab and center pin is just one piece of metal. I found this out blowing up some TO-220 package devices. You can crack one open with a pair of pliers though and see for yourself.

Eu tenho 2 inversores um de 24v de 3000w senoidal pura e um de 12v 1500w modificado os dois deu defeito e aí tive que substituir troquei IGBT do senoidal pura e botei no lugar do Mosfet e deu certo está funcionando...😜

tolong di buatkan vidio singkat untuk menyalakan 2 buah led hpl 5 watt (seri/paralel). tegangan yg di butuhkan 3 volt , arus 900 mA. ( karena led hpl 5 watt tegagangan kerjanya: 3 sampai 3.3 volt dc. dan arus kerjanya : 600 sampai 1200mA). setelah jadi rangkeanya tlg di vidio kan juga tes voltasenya + ampernya. (dengan bebanya yaitu 2 biji led hpl 5 watt nyala bareng)...terima kasih.

Metal-oxide semiconductor field effect transistor is based on Metal-oxide layer with field effect gate ( how many electricity can flow through the gate by increasing or decreasing voltage on the gate ) tranzistor is simple to use and is much cheaper than MOSFET but mosfet can supply high voltage also high current and also high frequency to the circuit not as a transistor. But it's more complicated to make pcb with mosfets.
