I think this episode was filmed before the Esther one in which he was in more of a groove. Here Bobby comments on his crooked smile when you'd think he'd already notice before and Jaime explains how he broke his jaw. In the previous episode they already knew.

Thiamine supplements are helpful for me. Alcoholic treatment in an Emergency Room is typically high dose Thiamine HCL (water soluble vitamin B1). I'm taking Thiamega supplement and getting good results, no negative side affects as yet.
