I've just heard 5 songs with this new singer, and I got to say, I dig him a lot. He sounds great.

New singer sounds more clear Hatrix wasnt bad it just sound like he wasnt loud enough live at some points. But this guy is more full of movement and energy and is voice is clear, i do agree they need have the unique mask thing dont cheese out and have the same mask. What i love about band like Mushroomhead and Slipknot is the personalty of each band person. But good job for the new singer.

The people who call themselves '' fans '' of the band are so worried about leaving Jeffrey that they do not see the potential of Steve, without a doubt is a very talented vocalist and I find him much better than Jeffrey. As for the masks I did not find it very cool, the military costumes and masks of the 2014 album are better.

Might have been a solidarity thing amongst the band to back him up and to tell the fans we won't be disappointed. J Nothing was and is a huge part of Mushroomhead and we as MRH fans don't exactly have the most forgiving track record lol

True but in Jeff's defense, he was in his 50s and has been shredding his vocals since the 1980s. If you listen to Jeff in the 80s and early-mid 90s, he actually sounds this crisp and in-key.
