Blacks, you asked where do you start ...Primary school children, teenage children and ex-offending males; you start from where they're at. Build a team, teachers, probation officer and police officer, social worker. If you want an ex black police officer to talk to about breaking the school to jail train line, my cousin recently retired from the police form and wanting to occupy his time works in a school. I'm sure he could help your cause.
